LIQOUR SERVICE POLICY STATEMENT

Staff and Management of the Norfolk Golf & Country Club are committed to the safe and healthy distribution of alcohol to the public.

At no time will we knowingly serve individuals who are in a state of intoxication, nor will we encourage those to consume to a state of intoxication.

We will ask for proper identification all those who appear under the age of 25.

Only those with proper photo identification will be served alcohol.

At anytime the staff and management have the right to refuse service to anyone under a perceived state of intoxication.

We will ensure that all patrons are provided opportunities for safe transportation from the Norfolk Golf & Country Club.

Personal Alcohol

All property and buildings of the Norfolk Golf & Country Club are liscenced under the A.G.C.O.  This being the case no personal alcohol is permitted on Club property.  The Club staff and management reserve the right to inspect golf bags, equipment bags, lockers and personal property to ensure that personal alcohol is not being consumed on Club property.

Anyone in possession of personal alcohol and consuming personal alcohol on Club property will have the product confiscated for return upon their departure.  Abuse of this policy can result in actions set out by the Club's Board of Directors.
