Definitions

Adult - Platinum: Any individual of any age over 18 in the year beginning January 1, entitled to all privileges at the Norfolk Golf & Country Club, including tennis, squash, and club facilities. 

Senior (5-Day): Any individual 65 years of age or older in the year beginning January 1, entitled to all privileges at the Norfolk Golf & Country Club, including tennis, squash, and club facilities.

Out of Town: Any adult member, entitled to all privileges at the Norfolk Golf & Country Club, including tennis, squash and club facilities who live outside of a 30 km radius of the club. 

Couple - Family: Any couple and children.  All Children are no charge that are between the ages of 12 - 18 but must be registered with office. 

Ages (19-24): Any individual from 19 years of age to 24 within the year beginning January 1, entitled to all privileges at the Norfolk Golf & Country Club, including tennis, squash, and club facilities.

Ages (25-35): Any individual from 25 years of age to 35 within the year beginning January 1, entitled to all privileges at the Norfolk Golf & Country Club, including tennis, squash, and club facilities.

League Membership:   Any adult 19 years of age or older at January 1^st.  Half Capital Assessment will apply.  $12.00 (9 or 18) hole green fee will be charged with each attendance.  Multiple League participation incurs an additional $150.00 base fee.  Maximum 6 additional rounds at guest rate permitted through the active season.  Includes Section Opening and Closing. Golf access only.

Junior (12-18): Any youth from the ages of 12 to18 within the year beginning January 1, entitled to all privileges at the Norfolk Golf & Country Club, including tennis, squash, and club facilities. Course access restrictions apply.

Child (7-11): Any child between the ages of 7 and 11 years as of January 1^st of the active year.  The child will be permitted course access only when accompanied by an adult member in good standing & only Wed. before 9 am, Sat & Sun's after 4 pm. Course access restrictions apply.  This membership for golf course privileges only.

Club Racquet Member: Any individual with privileges to include racquet facilities access, chit privileges and included are complimentary 8 - 9 hole rounds of golf in the active season only. Course access restrictions apply.  Golf privileges cannot be shared. Rounds will be tracked by Pro Shop staff - all golfers must register in Pro Shop prior to gaining course access.  Club events count as rounds against membership.  Regular rate green fees apply after complimentary rounds are completed. 

THIS MEMBERSHIP IS SUBJECT TO HALF THE ANNUAL CAPITAL ASSESSMENT.  Section Openings Included.

Club Social Member: Any individual with privileges to include access to clubhouse facilities and the use of chit system, complimentary are 8 - 9 hole rounds of golf in the active season only. Course access restrictions apply.  Must be 19 within year beginning January 1. Golf privileges cannot be shared. Rounds will be tracked by Pro Shop staff - all golfers must register in Pro Shop prior to gaining course access.  Club events count as rounds against membership.  Regular rate green fees apply after complimentary rounds are completed.  Section Openings Included.

Guest Passes:  These are complimentary rounds provided to the Member by the Club solely for the use by non-member guests of that specific active member.  These rounds cannot be used for event play.

League Times and Course Access

Please note that in an effort to accommodate league participants only "CORE" members, those registered in specific leagues and their non-member guests will be permitted course access during league scheduled times.

Note:  Memberships based upon round counts can not be repurchased in the same season - however you may upgrade your membership and credit the difference - this process and its parameters are to be discussed with the General Manager.

NOTES

Intent to remain as a Member must be done by February 1 of the active year.

• If intent and a payment program has not begun, memberships will lapse causing accounts to become INACTIVE.
• This will suspend signing privileges and require that all account balances be paid in full.

RECIPROCALS

• ALL Members of the Norfolk Golf & Country Club have the privilege of 3 rounds of golf at both the Tillsonburg Golf and Country Club and the Guelph Golf Club. These reciprocal rounds are a privilege of membership at the Norfolk Golf & Country Club and we encourage you to use this added value to your membership. Please book your tee time at these clubs by visiting our Pro Shop and booking through us as to ensure course access and availability.

It is everyone's obligation to report to the Pro Shop prior to gaining course access.

It is the responsibility of all Racquet Members to ensure that all non-members have paid the appropriate court access fee.

Note; fees for non-members, for both golf and racquets, assist the club to operate in a manner where all expenses are not borne by you, the member.
